I am subleasing my lovely studio plus apartment downtown for 10 months (from beginning of September to end of June) while away on an academic fellowship in Italy. It's practically a 1bd, just without doors dividing the rooms. The space consists of a large living room, a bedroom, a reading nook, a bathroom and kitchen. It is tastefully decorated with a mix of modern and vintage mid-century furniture. There is a smart TV, a record player, a reading chair, and other fun amenities. There are also lots of plants as you can see from the pictures! As there are lots of windows, the place gets tons of light, which is perhaps my favorite part about the place. Also the high ceilings make the place look and feel quite spacious.

It's conveniently located next to Alice Keck park and is a 5 minute walk to State Street. There is also an amazing convenience store right around the corner.

I will move all of my clothes and books out so you have access to all the storage space. You will also have space for parking in the back.

Rent is 2000 (which for this location is a steal--the owner hasn't raised the rent in 3 years) plus utilities.

No pets allowed, but a quiet couple could work.

You will need to pass a background and credit check with the on-site manager, meet her, provide a refundable deposit of $2100 dollars to both me and the manager (so 2 deposits) and sign a sublease contract (prepared by a lawyer) with me and the landlord.
