⦁ A deposit of $1,200 is due upon signing the rental agreement with existing household members.

⦁ Looking for a mature clean, friendly, and responsible person who works a full-time job during the day (away from home preferred) and is quiet and respectful.

⦁ No smoking/vaping or other alternatives inside the house and minimal alcohol consumption.
⦁ No drugs on the property and all drug use and excessive drinking will not be allowable.
