The house is full of light, airy and peaceful. The bedroom is roomy, has lots of windows, hardwood floor, built-in closet and high ceilings. The bathroom is marble tiled and shared with one female dental assistant. The kitchen is modern well-equipped. I like cooking. I am a former professor who has taught in London, Canada and at UCSB. It is important to me that my roommates are happy. I cook for my roommates on occasion. There is no lease but a month's notice is requested before leaving. It is
