Single room for one person only in a sweet and chill home, very close to UCSB, just a short walk to the beach and numerous walking trails and nature reserves. Once this room is occupied, there will be 4 people in total living here.
The room is unfurnished and decent sized with lots of light.
The bathroom is shared with one other person and kept clean. We all pitch in to keep the house looking nice. No pets.
Internet, washer and dryer on-site, street parking only
Mature responsible friendly housemates. We all do our own thing, very independent, but friendly and chat with each other in passing. Open to all ages, but prefer a grad student or working professional. Prefer a female given shared bathroom is shared with a female.
One year lease or month to month. Long term preferred.
$1200 plus $100 utilities = $1300 total monthly rent
