THE HOUSE: A well-established, medium-sized yet spacious 4-bedroom home featuring W/D, a 2-car garage (used for storage), and a lush backyard oasis with an edible garden, compost/worm bin, honey bee colony, fish pond, covered patio, cozy living room, fireplace, and hot tub—all in a quiet neighborhood.
There is one shared bathroom for three bedrooms, plus one in the master (occupied). Limited driveway space, but ample street parking.
THE PEOPLE: Three working professionals (currently all female) who enjoy being social housemates and active contributors to a harmonious home. We love group dinners, movie nights, occasional celebrations, going out together, or simply sharing tea and conversation. That said, this is not a party house or a revolving door of guests—we value balance and intention.
THE ROOM: Approximately 10x12, unfurnished, with a large closet. Shared access to all common areas, including garage storage, community bookshelf, musical instrument corner (for spontaneous jam sessions 🎶), kitchen cabinet space, and space for linens, towels, and housewares.
RENT: $1,125/month + $900 deposit (month-to-month lease). Shared household expenses include utilities, internet, appliance upkeep, jacuzzi upkeep, general supplies, and twice-monthly professional cleaning for deep cleans.
