I am looking for a housemate to replace my current one who moved back home. The room is pretty large, currently available in a quiet, clean and nice apartment with a lot of natural light starting on April 22nd.
Rent is $1,450.00 and utilities are usually around $60-$80.
The bedroom is not furnished
The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2-bathroom (shared), full kitchen with all major appliances (stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, Nespresso machine, etc.) front yard perfect for summer months. The common areas are already furnished — couch, TV, kitchen supplies, and more — so you can settle in easily.
Close to UCSB, shopping, supermarkets, restaurants, freeway access, bus stop for commuting, walking distance to Ellwood beach, hiking and biking trails.
Seeking someone who is clean and respectful. Someone who keeps common spaces clean (this is extremely important to me), who is respectful of other people’s space and belongings.
I am a working professional, have no pets & work early hours (6am) and usually off by 4-5pm which is why it's so important to find someone considerate of space, privacy and noise. On my time off I'm usually, listening to music working out at home, doing yoga or relaxing. I’m an extremely clean person and prefer to have the place clean at all times.
I like to keep the place clean with weekly cleaning (we can talk about how to split things up) in addition to keeping up with dishes throughout the week.
Rent + deposit (1450 each)
$60 - $80. toward utilities depending on the seasons
