Master bedroom with a private bath in a 4 bedroom house. Great natural light. Shared kitchen and living spaces. The house is about a 10 minute walk from a butterfly grove with walking trails and an additional few minutes from the beach. Close to UCSB as well, about a 10 minute bike ride.

You will share the house with 3 professionals and students in their late 20's to late 30's and one well-behaved dog. We prefer to keep the house fairly mellow, though we like to play board games and occasionally have friends together on the weekends. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, cleans up after themselves, and is a good communicator. Utilities are included in rent and there is laundry on site. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate additional pets.
