The house is designer built and spacious. The room is welcoming, with hardwood floors, high ceiling, lots of windows, and built-in closet. The bathroom is marbel tiled and shared with a female dental assistant. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. I am a former professor who has taught in London, Canada and UCSB. It is very important to me that my roommates are happy here. I cook meals for everyone on occasion. This is a home not a party house, but we do have fun. There is no lease but a month's notice is requested before leaving. The rent is $1,350. Move in is first and last month's rent plus $250 deposit which is $2,950.
