Looking for a respectful, clean and easy going professional to share our recently remodeled home. (Prefer female tenants) We are working professionals looking for a like minded individuals who love dogs; we have 3 of our own but unfortunately will not be able to have any other pets in the house.
We are always hosting BBQ’s and other family events and we always extend the invitation to our tenants.
You’ll have 1 bedroom with a shared bath. The room is 10 x 11ft. New carpet and blinds.
Rent is 1350$ with utilities including washer and dryer.
We have plenty off street parking available.
Requesting a year lease minimum.
