Applicant should be financially responsible and willing to help with the house upkeep . The house will be shared, you will be renting a very nice, large room with complete house privileges. Your bedroom has nice private nature view of the back hill. There will be no garage parking, except for some storage (boxes) and doing laundry, however there is the driveway as well as other onsite parking. We would like to keep it private and secure and we don't want house used as a hangout. Short block walk to a virtually private beach, 5 minute drive to stores/shopping/ restaurants/ pubs in Carpenteria. WIFI, cable/dish ready. Mutual respect a must. One year lease preferred, 1st/security deposit required. No pets and no smoking allowed.
