As a Retail/Warehouse Associate/Driver at Unity Shoppe, you’ll be an important part of a collaborative, mission-driven team serving our Lompoc distribution centers. This role is all about teamwork, energy, and compassion, and working side by side with staff, volunteers, and clients to create a welcoming, supportive, and positive shopping experience.
You’ll help ensure smooth, efficient workflow between the warehouse and retail areas while delivering outstanding customer service that reflects Unity Shoppe’s values.
