To whomever this may concern,

My name is Gerardo, I am a recent college graduate and new to the Goleta/Santa Barbara area. I hold a bachelors in accounting and business administration with a minor in leadership. Ideally, I am seeking a 1099 or individual contracting job. I am available to start work immediately. I am bilingual and proficient in Microsoft Word programs, Bluebeam, Sage 300, Timberline, and basic construction accounting.

I have a decent background in construction accounting specifically working with the Sage300 program and Timberline. However, I am a quick learner so using my transferable skills to learn a new program is not issue. I have experience working with accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, trend forecasting using financial ratios, digitizing, managing and allocating money for projects.


I am open to any possibility of employment or working a non-paid internship with a local CPA firm as I would love to gain and expand my knowledge in accounting specifically in tax and audit.
