I am selling an exceptional house with a estimated value
between 2.7M and 3M.

To avoid being overwhelmed by calls I am temporarily
withholding the description and location .

I just want a flexible
realtor who I can work with me for a fair commission.

All of the realtors I have spoken to have said this
house will sell quickly and there may be a bidding war.

Are there any agents out there out there will to conduct
this sale for a low commission or flat rate?

Santa Barbara or the tri-County area preferred.
