Our two Blue Heelers, Bragi (male) and Bidar (female) are looking for good homes. They are both brilliant, love run free at the beach, go on mountain walks and walk by my side off leash in town. They have huge hearts, are eager to please and seem to have an unusual understanding of human speech. They are very loyal and great companions. People often say how deep and intuitive our dogs are. Bragi has those knowing eyes and a permanent smile stuck on his face. Bidar is gentle around the house, and supremely athletic when outside at play. They would be great in a house in town or in the country, where they have spent their first 3 years with us. We love them very much, but after Bidar (the female) nipped our toddler, we were advised that these dogs would be better in a home without small children. The dog trainer recommended that they would be happy in separate homes. We are open to finding separate homes for them and to finding one home for them both.

Blue Heelers, also known as Australian Cattle dogs or Queensland Heelers, are great companions, and one of the most intelligent breeds.

We are sad to be finding them new homes, and are looking for a good home for them. If you are interested in rescuing one or both of these dogs, please call or email.

We are asking that the rescuer give a $50 donation to a local shelter, which was recommended to ensure these dogs find good homes. We are not selling them.
