304 acres of commercial agricultural land for lease in Earlimart, CA in Southern Tulare County. 185 acres are currently planted with table and raisin grapes. We are open to leasing the vines to a tenant, or having them removed to plant something else. The other 119 acres are fallow and ready to plant with grapes, almonds, pistachios or another crop. The vineyard and fallow agricultural land is available for lease on a long or short term basis. All of the land has EXCELLENT soil and EXCELLENT water. The acreage planted with grapes is currently under lease until December 2020, the fallow land is available to plant immediately.
The vineyard currently produces different grape varieties, and has two mobile home sites with equipment yards. This property has EXCELLENT water. Irrigation water is produced by two 16" wells on the east side of Road 136. They produce a combined ~1,700 gallons per minute. Another 16" well is on the west side of Road 136 and produces ~1,200 gallons per minute. We also have a 5" domestic well at both mobile home sites on the property and an 8" well that produces ~500 gallons per minute at the 10,000 SF steel building on the north side of the creek. The property enjoys a second source of water through its riparian rights from Deer Creek on the northern edge of the parcels which also recharges the the water table. This acreage is located in the Pixley Irrigation District.
