Established collection agency offering entry level opportunity to highly motivated agents with excellent telephone and computer skills processing collection calls in fast paced call center.
• Communicate with consumers verbally regarding outstanding debts
• Manage sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality
• Negotiate and maintain payment arrangements
• Maintain complete and accurate records
• Ensure strict adherence to all federal and state laws
• Consistently meet established daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills
• Strong oral communication skills
• Ability to convey a sense of urgency while displaying compassion and empathy
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet)
• At least 1 year of call center experience or collections experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
