The Montecito Association is hiring a skilled office administrator. This job has a public-facing role, requires answering phones, field questions from the community, and facilities management. We are also migrating from client-server systems to cloud-based and upgrading our equipment.

The following skills are REQUIRED:

Word / Microsoft / Excel
Filing skills
Payroll / accounting / book-keeping
Budgeting and reporting on financial transactions
Taking meeting minutes, as needed for non-profit management

Highly desirable:
Cloud-based systems like Quickbooks online, WIX, membership and donor management databases.
Event Management
Facilities Management

Required hours:
Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 2 PM, some overtime possible on evenings and weekends, depending on events or forums we have going on. Some telecommuting is allowed.

Our community has struggled from the Thomas Fire and Debris flow disasters, so you must be sensitive to that. This position requires a friendly face and excellent personal relations skills.
