-Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, delegation of duties, to include disciplinary actions and annual reviews for the Quality Assurance Department.
-Oversee and coordinate quality inspections and be able to identify problems or potential problems to ensure conformance.
-Document management activities, changes in materials and catalog information
-Oversee the completion of non-conformance documentation in electronic system
-Oversee the distribute non-conformance documentation and reports, and follow-up through satisfactory disposition
Requirements for the role:
-Minimum of 4 years in a similar Quality environment.
-Minimum of 2 years in the cosmetic Regulatory affair preferred
-Technical Capacity including mechanical and statistics.
- Project Management.
- Problem solving/analytical.
- Customer/Supplier communication.
- Risk Management
- Computer skills including MS Office, statistical and MRP software.
