Local law firm in downtown Santa Barbara is in need of an office assistant. The position is part-time, Monday-Friday, 1 pm to 5 pm.

Job description includes, but is not limited to the following:
Maintaining paper files as well as electronic files, copying, scanning, shredding, document pick-up/drop-off, general errands, bank deposits, assisting partners, paralegals and office manager with various tasks. This job requires someone who is very organized, neat, detail-oriented, takes direction well, likes working in an office setting, has a car, and is familiar with downtown Santa Barbara.
