Dispatch Administrative Coordinator
The main role for an administrative coordinator is acting as a liaison between Smitty's Drivers and our Dispatch office, as well as outside vendors, staff members and customers. The Administrative Coordinator typically organizes and facilitates the workflow of our Dispatch office.
Under administrative direction, plans, organizes, directs, reviews, and evaluates day-to-day dispatch center operations and activities. Provides professional assistance and support to dispatch staff; performs related work as assigned. Promotes and provides quality service.
This position requires the following skills:
Phone/Customer service skills
Data entry/Computer skills
Someone good with numbers
Attention to detail
A team player but also able to work on tasks independently
Flexible/Dependable - requires some nights and weekends
Pay is D.O.E.
