Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
> Responsible for Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
> Maintains chart of accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
> Assist in Month end and year end close
> Maintains general ledger
> Balances general ledger between entities.
> Maintains historical records by scanning documents.
> Assist in processing of payroll using an outside service

Bookkeeper Skills and Qualifications:
>You are a dependable, punctual, caring professional
> Must be proficient in Quick books and Excel
> Must be able to handle multiple entities
> Must be able to analyze financial information and deal with complex excel spreadsheets
> Attention to detail, confidentiality, thoroughness
>You can prioritize tasks and are motivated to complete work with accuracy, by established deadline.
Education and/or Experience:
> 1-4 years accounting experience preferred. Will train the right person
> Strong computer knowledge, proficient in Microsoft Office, and Outlook
> QuickBooks experience a plus
Qualifications:
> Ability to work independently, organize, handle detail, follow-through on tasks and problem solve with minimal supervision and be able to successfully complete tasks in a timely manner and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
> Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, and others.
> Strong organizational and analytical skills.
>You are a continuous learner with the flexibility to adapt to evolving work methods and activities.
>Your work demonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and incorporates new and effective ways to achieve better results.
