We are in need of an articulate, highly-skilled Customer Service Representative that is looking to expand their career and skill set. Responsibilities:

- Receive and place telephone calls
- Receive and send written business correspondence
- By being successful in your role, you will facilitate business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers
- Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

Requirements of the role:

- Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Comfortable performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Customer service experience desired
- Strong customer service and office administrative skills
- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism
