Full service accounting firm is looking for full-time receptionist/admin assistant.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Attention to detail and problem solving
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Answer and direct multi-line phone system
• Order supplies
• Assist clients with general questions and/or concerns
• Tax and Financial Statement assembly
• Maintain a filing system
• Schedule meetings and appointments
• Prepare bank deposit
• Prepare certified mail
