We are a local Construction Rental Company in the Goleta area and we are currently seeking a Part Time Administrative Assistant with the potential of becoming a full-time employee. We are currently looking for a determined Administrative Assistant who is deeply passionate about growing their career. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general office duties, light bookkeeping and special projects.
• Light Bookkeeping
• Assist Office Manager with A/R and A/P
• Special Projects
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• 1 to 2 years of Admin work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must have strong problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written skills are required
• Must be organized and able to work in a fast pace environment
• Construction Experience a plus but not required
