We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Front Desk Coordinator who is looking for an exciting opportunity in the Goleta area. You will be responsible for managing the lobby area at our client's organization. We are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support.
This position includes greeting and directing visitors, some data entry projects, incoming phone call management, and other miscellaneous office duties. Prior experience with front desk coordination is preferred, as is experience with multi-line phone systems. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with others. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office. Our client is looking to hire by the end of the week!
