Professional Executive/Administrative Assistant needed to provide office support services for a casual, yet fast-paced office environment. Must be cool under occasional pressure and comfortable interacting with the Gaming and Hospitality Industries.

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field is preferred. An Associate's degree and/or relevant experience may be considered
Superior skills in spelling, grammar, composition, proofreading, and editing
Minimum 3-5 years recent experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant
Microsoft Office/Outlook Advanced proficiency required

Exceptional memory with retention for names and their spellings
First-rate phone manner and experience with a busy multi-line phone system
Fast and accurate typing and database entry skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and changing timelines
Ability to maintain concentration and accuracy despite interruption
Exemplary communication and organizational skills
Experience with the Hospitality or Gaming industries is a plus

Extensive phone answering and call routing
Input, update, and maintain large database
Produce and maintain email correspondence
Review, reformat, and edit resumes, prepare candidate portfolios
Prepare client agreements and billings
Typical office duties, including copying, scanning, filing, assisting with travel and meeting arrangements, etc., as directed

This position is full-time and pays $20+/hour depending on experience.
