Manage office and assist general manager of HOA.
Looking for a mature individual with ability to work with senior residents. Good communication skills and time management skills are essential. Job requires attention to detail and ability to handle multi-tasking and numerous interruptions. Job duties include answering phones, managing in-person resident requests, scheduling events, generating and tracking maintenance work orders, accounting clerk duties (including AR, AP and collections), maintaining owner records and property files, and much more.
Must have good computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs quickly. Main computer programs used in the office are QuickBooks, TOPS, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, PrintShop, and Filemaker Pro.
Will be required to pass a background check and meet the requirements to be bonded. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. Work time is not flexible. Looking for long-term employees only.
