St. Barbara Parish at Old Mission Santa Barbara is seeking a part-time Wedding Coordinator to oversee weddings, including scheduling, communication with couples and clergy, coordinating and attending rehearsals and wedding day activities, and supervising wedding assistant(s). Reporting to the pastor, this position requires excellent organization and communication skills, attention to detail, a professional appearance, and the ability to multi-task.
Must be able to work Friday afternoons and Saturdays when weddings are scheduled. If you are an energetic, dependable “people person” who would enjoy working with couples to help make their big day special, we’d love to hear from you!
