Kawai K-200 Studio Piano, retails for $10,095. Beautiful deep reddish-brown mahogany polish. Rich sound, comfortable touch, and responsive action (Millennium III Upright Action). Three pedals: sustain, damper, and quiet pedal. Quiet pedal makes low-volume or late-night practicing very easy. Soft-close lid prevents loud slamming or injuries from slamming on hands or fingers (this was a huge selling point for us, with little kids).

Cared for very well and tuned several times since we purchased in 2017 from a dealer in Los Angeles. (Its 10-year warranty from Kawai has another year on it.) Happy to recommend our piano tuner if needed. We have always kept a soft runner over the top of the piano to protect it.

Cosmetic blemish is included in the photos.

Located on first floor of a house near Costco. You must arrange your own piano moving service, but access is very easy (and the piano is located near the entrance hallway to the front door; there is one step outside front door, and then one step to driveway).

Serious buyers are of course welcome to arrange a time to come try it out first.
