Highly respected non-profit in the Santa Ynez Valley seeks full-time employee to implement its marketing and event strategies directed at promoting our brand, increasing visibility, and raising funds to support programs. Must be highly flexible, willing and able to make sales calls, and work well with donors, other staff and large cast of volunteers. Reports to C.E.O. Requires a B.A. in marketing or related field & 2 years previous experience, including event management. Experience working in a community based organization highly desirable. Must be adept with use of social media to market organization. Familiarity with the SYV is highly desirable.
