Experienced Part-Time Legal Secretary
Santa Barbara Family Law office is seeking a reliable, experienced part-time Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years of legal office experience.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5+ years working as a legal secretary or legal assistant
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks (ideal / preferred)
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible hours based on office needs)
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate – negotiable based on experience
