A family of 5 were sitting next to me while the snowfall occurred at Paseo Nuevo Center Court on December 5th at 7 pm. It was an old man with a small dog, a lady with a walker and a man and women with a baby in a carrier. They stole my daughter’s black diaper bag as the snowfall occurred started coming down and disappeared with it. We were able to see them do it in the background of a video, it’s blurry but hopefully someone recognizes this family.
