Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced installer to handle the installation of window treatments, including blinds, shades, shutters, and outdoor awnings for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing these products with attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
• Install window treatments (blinds, shades, shutters) and outdoor awnings with precision and care.
• Perform on-site measurements to ensure proper fit and function of all products.
• Provide outstanding customer service, including explaining product features and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work efficiently and safely, following all company and industry standards.
• Communicate with the install team for scheduling, inventory updates, and any special client needs.
• Ensure that all tools and equipment are in good working order.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations and resolve them promptly.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in the installation of window treatments and/or outdoor awnings.
• Knowledge with home automation connectivity and integration is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.).
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• A positive attitude and willingness to represent the company professionally.
Schedule & Compensation:
• Full-time hours Monday - Friday 8a-5p scheduling (some weekends as needed discussed and planned in advance).
• Competitive pay, commensurate with experience ($24-$35 Pay Scale Range)
