I have operated a small handyman and renovation business for over 15 years with free and punctual estimates. I consider all projects, both residential and commercial, and even the smallest of jobs are ok with me! Earthquake preparation, painting, apartment turnovers, repairs of all types, and misc. work performed in a professional, timely, and punctual manner with complete clean up! Tired of being left waiting and needing to clean up after paying for work? I clean up after any work is performed and will not show up late, reschedule work to be performed, etc. I can do most any type of project and have done work for property management companies, renovated businesses, and simply fixed leaky faucets; small jobs are ok, such as furniture assembly or other items that may only take an hour or so. I keep my overhead costs low, so can offer reasonable prices, as well. I have done this work in addition to a professional job that I have worked at for around 10 years, so I am committed and professional- you will not be disappointed. If you are, don't pay for the work, its that simple! I also have done housesitting for people and vacation rental upkeep, pressure washing, painting, 3D printing services, plastic welding, etc., as well. Finally, it should be noted that since I am not from CA, I do not have a CA contractor's license, but this also helps me keep my costs low. (So, if you want someone to build a house, hire subcontractors, etc, I am not your guy). I do have general liability insurance.
