Long time SB resident and dog lover. Retired physical therapist. Frequent traveler, outdoorsman/dog. Handy with repairs. Non smoker and require non-smoking household. Lots of local referrals.
We live a healthy lifestyle. Part of the kiteboarding and music community, however, Wilson can't sing. We both get along with dogs, cats and most people, except orange-colored ones.
We can spend up to $2k/mo on rent and utilities. We don't watch TV. We have our own internet, but a high speed connection would be nice.
We also have a small travel trailer that we could live out of, if all that's available is a space and a faucet and a 20 amp outlet.
