Retired Couple Looking for a Home to Rent (Santa Barbara)

Dear friends and neighbors
We a looking for a new rental as our long term home is being sold. We are a retired couple who have enjoyed living in our current rental for the past 13 years, a reflection of how much we value stability, respect for our home, and positive relationships with landlords.
My husband was a contractor who has 50 years of experience building high end homes has always maintained and or improved the homes we live in. I am an artist and together we take pride in creating and maintaining a beautiful home as if it was our own.
Our goal is to find a place where we can settle comfortably and continue the kind of long-term tenancy we’ve enjoyed for many years.
We are looking for 2 bed, 2 bath with a garage. We are quiet, responsible and dependable tenants. We have stable income and will provide great references and any additional information you may need. We would be grateful for the opportunity to be considered.
Ideally we are looking for a stand alone home with good natural light, the beauty of nature and privacy. Thank you in advance.
