A long-time Santa Barbara resident, I work as a manager at a local health food store. . – I enjoy my quiet time at home, but I also being in the garden. I have a fantastic rental history and plenty of references.
My daughter and I, along with our two cats, are looking for a large 1 or 2-bedroom cottage, apartment, or condo. A little private outdoor space (a garden or courtyard for painting 🎨 would be amazing!), would be a real bonus.
