I'm Bea, a 50 something French-American teacher coming to live long-term in beautiful Santa Barbara.
Just one person and a 10 year old cat.
I'm very orderly, non-smoking, quiet, and I love nature.
I will be looking for a nice studio or 1 bedroom with hardwood floors with at least the kitchen furnished from August 2026, ideally not too far from the SB city-center as I will not have a car immediately. Ideally with a porch or a little garden, ground floor as I have a bike. I'm very good with plants and I would love to plant a few things myself if I can.
I'm posting early in case you already know your place will be vacated next summer.
