I am looking for a very quiet detached cottage or small house on a month to month basis (most like for at least 3-4 months depending on my contract work). Anywhere from Gaviota to Carp. I need at least one full bedroom and one full bath and a place for a work desk and good internet. Due to sensitivity to noise, I need a home that does not share walls or floors.
I need a quiet place to work and live that is far away from busy roads and in a very quiet neighborhood, large property, or rural area. (I don't need to be near downtown.) I would like a full kitchen, garden, and washer and dryer. I am a very quiet mature (non smoker and no pets) program manager working full time but part time at home with a hybrid job.
My move in date is flexible but would appreciate something sooner than later but need to find a home before the end of February. I can pay up to $3200 a month with all utilities included. If you have a quiet place to live for rent please contact me. Thanks very much.
