• Grow Your Client Base: Many therapists successfully build their own private, full-body massage clientele with the addition of referrals from chair massage clients. We fully support your growth and never take a commission from private referrals.
• Pay & Flexibility: Regular weekday shifts of 2-3 hours offers pay of $40-50/hr plus tips and overtime bonuses. Plus, pick up extra shifts easily, and have priority over other staff to work single-day events paying $60/hr plus tips.
• No Chair Experience Needed: If you're certified, we provide free training and all necessary equipment.

✅ Who Are We Looking For?
• You live locally (Santa Barbara area).
• You have at least 250 hours of massage certification.
• You hold liability insurance—or we'll help you get covered at a discounted rate.
• You’re reliable, punctual, and confident providing firm bodywork.
