CNA – Male Caregiver Needed (Client Privacy Requirement)
BrightStar Care is seeking a male Certified Nursing Assistant to support a male client whose personal care needs require a same‑gender caregiver for privacy reasons, consistent with California law.

As an integral part of our home care team, you will aid our client in their home or residents in local facilities. Your primary tasks will be determined by our home care nurse and communicated in your clients plan of care. These tasks may include cooking, grocery shopping, outings, and keeping the home tidy, personal care including showers, toileting, hygiene, mobility and more.
Shifts Available 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm
CNA Responsibilities:
• Punctual arrival to assigned shifts, and timely response to communications
• Accurate time keeping via secure website
• Adhere to clients plan of care and BrightStar Care Core Values
• Document tasks and complete written summary of your client’s condition
• Prompt reporting of falls, emergencies, etc.
• Maintain client privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines
CNA Requirements:
• Must be 18yrs of age or older
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
• Valid Driver’s License and Insured, Reliable vehicle
• Willingness and ability to register with the Home Care Aid Registry
