Lead line cook position available at bustling downtown fast/casual restaurant. This position is a full time position requiring open availability to work a varying schedule, Days & Nights 35-40 hours week.
The business is open from 11:30 am- 8:00 pm. Monday-Sunday for Lunch & Dinner Service
Our Ideal candidate will be a self starter, often managing production prep as well as a cooking position on the hot line. You will be instrumental in the kitchen close down each shift, ensuring that the set standards of operation are met in an efficient manner. If this fits you, you may be our next great kitchen leader!
