Job Duties & Responsibilities
Cashier/FOH
• Processing sales transactions and taking payments
• Calculating the cost of products or services
• Calculating and returning change for cash transactions
• Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change
• Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs
• Pour and serve beer according to established guidelines, ensuring proper glassware and presentation.
• Inform customers about beer specials, pairings with food, or new arrivals on the menu.
• Assist with delivering orders to customers and ensuring they receive the correct orders.
Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years of restaurant experience must
• Revel experience a plus
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
• Strong attention to detail
• High energy levels
• Ability to work in a team
• Excellent verbal communication
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends must, evenings, and holidays
• Responsible and reliable attendance
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
