Our company is looking for a talented Virtual Customer Care Representative for supporting our existing and growing clientele.

We are a legal technology startup that helps people get connected with affordable legal counsel and other affordable DIY options.

We have a small beginning team right now and looking to grow aggressively in the coming months. The demand for our services is overwhelming and we need help to manage the call volume.
Many of our customers are parents looking to represent themselves in family court on various matters.

We are looking for someone who has a patient and kind character. If you have experience working with special needs or social working these skill sets transfer well for handling the type of callers we get.

We want a leader, someone who can learn all the aspects of our customer support and truly cares about doing meaningful work and is committed to relentlessly satisfying our customers.

Training will be virtual as all of our team works remote. This is a work at home position, so you must have strong discipline to succeed here.

Job duties include but not limited to:
answering inbound calls
making outbound calls
managing and responding to client emails
performing data entry for new and existing accounts
providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
providing follow-up to convert revenue on new and existing accounts

Skills required but not limited to:
must have excellent communication skills
must have excellent professional phone presence
must have superior multi-tasking abilities
must be passionate about helping people, specifically those who require lots of hand-holding
must have common sense and apply it
must be extremely reliable
must be able to show up to work consistently without interruptions
must be a team player
must be able to type at least 50 wpm
must be able to answer multiple phone lines at once
must be knowledgeable with Microsoft OS
must be knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel
must be knowledgeable with Adobe Acrobat
must be knowledgeable with Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Explorer
experience with CRMs is preferred
experience with a broad array of online apps is preferred

Equipment required:
reliable phone line
desktop or laptop computer
fast reliable internet
Microsoft Office Suite that includes Word, Outlook

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST
Weekly Payroll

1 week test period and then a 90 day introductory period - our team will review after to make a permanent decision.
