Customer Service Representative (Santa Barbara)

compensation: $14 or DOE - Retirement Plan, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Vision & Dental

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative that has prior customer service experience. This position will involve answering phones and providing overwhelming service to our customers. In addition to receiving and problem solving health insurance claims, process applications and other various clerical duties as assigned. There will be some drafting of professional letters and emails to third party providers and companies. Excellent computer skills and strong Microsoft office experience is a must.

Our office is growing and we are looking to train the right individual to fulfill a high volume, fast paced position. The experienced representative must be able to answer and assist a high volume of calls. This is a full-time position and will require some overtime occasionally. This requires a "get it done" personality that wants to exceed and be continually challenged and enjoys a learning environment.

Skills Needed:
Professional demeanor, clean record, reliable and dependable
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High level customer service experience
Quick problem solver
Computer literate
Work independently and as a member of a team
A "Life & Health Insurance" license a plus (will pay for the right person to obtain)
Must be able to obtain a License
Works well in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a change environment
Friendly, energetic
Bilingual a plus
