Shanghai, China exchange silver price is at 22018 Yuan per Kilogram = $98 per oz late Friday Thursday
** Price bouncing wildly on MoneyMetals . com and on SDBullion . com and APMEX . com
COMEX and NY "paper" futures markets will eventually catch up to Shanghai exchange.
But cash and futures prices in New York are currently at about $90 per oz
