This is a premium early 2000's metal container from Cosmic Case Grinders. Cosmic discontinued making these long before they went defunct. These stash containers were sold for a premium at smoke shops.
High grade aluminum. Dual chamber.
Some slight scuffing which can be polished out.
Location is very near to downtown Santa Barbara.
