COPPER FISH POACHER - VINTAGE. Beautiful copper fish poacher/roaster with grid and lid. This lovely vintage item is 16" long, 9" wide and 4 1/2 " deep. The inside of the kettle is tin lined to ensure even cooking. The removeable grid lifts out. Heavy copper body with riveted handles. This is the type of cookware that is beautiful and functional. You can be sure it will last for generations. This piece is NOT stamped. We believe it was made in France but can't guarantee it.
