Life circumstances have left me with less time to use the boat hence the sale.
Things to note:
The boat will need to be hauled out in the next year or so as the last bottom job was in 2023 at derecktor in Ventura Harbor.
The teak decking is in need of some caulking in certain spots. This can be done in the water.
The interior teak is worn in places. In general someone willing to dedicate time to cosmetic improvements will be able to do a lot with the boat.
The boat is located in Ventura West Marina in an upwind slip that can be turned into a liveaboard if desired. The slip is transferable pending approval from the Marina if desired.
