We got this nice wood play structure for a new home. Come take it away! You will be responsible with taking it down and moving it. It’s solid redwood and all of the wood is in great condition. The screws are stainless steel. Some of the wood could use a coat of stain before reassembling. It will look brand new after that. It was power washed and stained in 2021.
The structure is modular and comes apart easily. It is also flexible in how you reassemble it. You can rearrange where the slide, ladder, and climbing wall go.
The roofs, floors, railings, rock wall, and ladder can be removed from the structure as whole pieces and then transported. You don't need to take it all apart plank by plank.
The main footprint is 5 feet x 10 feet
The ladder sticks out 30 inches
The rock wall sticks out 33 inches
The slide sticks out 12 feet
Overall height is around 14 feet
